Foreigners Grand-Prix 2010
This year the Belgian Othello
Association is organising 5 Grand Prix tournaments. Based on these tournaments the Association is searching the best foreigner.
2010 has the following counting tournaments:
Ghent (January) - report
Antwerp (April) - report
Brussels (May) - report
Zonhoven
(June) - report
Ghent (July) - cancelled
Ghent
Belgian championship (August) - report
According to the final result
of every tournament foreigners receive points (12 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 3 - 2 -
1). Only the best 4 tournaments count. If two players share the same
number of points, the worst score is dropped. The highest world othello rating could be the tiebreaker.
